  Purchased a bicycle from here and ordered a spare set of custom wheels. After 2 weeks they still hadn't placed the order for the rims. Also had numerous problem getting the rear derailer adjusted. Finally found dropout was somewhat loose and moving on shifting. Two weeks after the first service when riding up a very step hill and really standing on the pedals that my right hand crank came off the drive shaft. Nice fall too. Service tech guys need to pay more attrntion to details and proper torque settings !!!@

  Really happy with the service and advice I got here. I know very little about bikes and they were super helpful and non-judgemental. I had the time to test ride the bike and went through a thorough fitting process, highly recommend the team here.

  Took my bike in to get serviced, it only needed some lube to get rid of noise. I had it returned half an hour later with my back wheel rubbing/locking up while i ride, my chain was way too lose as my cog starting skipping up hill. And to top it off when i called to explain what has happened, i got the blame and the person working at avanti on the phone started talking down to me. Very poor experience after hearing so much good, guess it's just the Sydney road store

  Thanks for the service/parts replacement on my bike. It rides like a new bike now (which it more or less is). Great work!
