Update: Just one day before the race i realized the derailer pulleys are completely worn out and i had to replace them myself! This is shocking as they didn't check it. Would never go there again.

Not the most pleasant experience. After taking almost two weeks for the parts to arrive the final cost was way too high. Im not sure where they source the parts but it was very unusual. Not happy

Very happy with the service, price for service and customer relationship. Will definitely back for any wheel related services.

The cost of the bike included twelve months "free servicing". I had a problem that they introduced and were going to fix. When I picked up the bike, the owner told me that the mechanic had left for the day, and he had no idea what he had done. However, he then charged me $80 for the supposed fix… even though I later realised the problem was still there.

Had a rush job to tune up a rear wheel custom build that had a bit of a wiggle introduced. I'm a heavier bloke and still like to ride quality bits which does occasionally put a strain on the relationship. William slotted me in to a busy schedule and had the wheel back to me overnight.

I also had a recurring problem with the brakes that I came back for half a dozen times. They could never fix it. The final straw was when they messed up my brakes so much, that during a routine gradual deceleration, while approaching traffic lights on Sydney Road, I locked up and slid under a truck. Fortunately I was only hurt a little, but it's just not worth risking their incompetence any more.

Overpriced, lying staff, and incompetent mechanics. I had a new bike made here. The final cost was $300 more than the quote, but they only told me after it was completed, and too late to complain. They lied about the quality of multiple components during selection, and when the bike would be completed. They are hardly ever open. Their advertised opening hours are a joke.

When I finally took the plunge and ordered a custom frame I asked the Guys at Jetnikoff to build the bike for me.

Had my "crabon" bike service here every time before a major ride, William and Robbie also managed to fit an extremely difficult and finicky exotic bottom bracket to my Moser vintage steel bike (with the help of a PhD candidate no less!) and they're putting together for me a French steel roadie. I think, my dear reader, that the general picture here is that I trust these guys with the life of my precious two-wheeled "children". Apart from that, you couldn't find a nicer bunch of people to talk bike and life with!

After taking my bike to three other bike shops, my brakes were finally fixed by Commuter Cycles. Apparently, Jetnikoff had simply used an incompatible adaptor for the brake. They must've read the instructions correctly. In any case, they should have realised their error on one of my many trips back, because I had complained about the rotor rubbing against the pads and, even worse, the *nut* that held the adaptor on. They were never able to fix either problem satisfactorily. In fact, the nut had started wearing down on one side from the constant friction with the rotor. Do yourself a favour and go to a store that listens to their customers, and has some pride in their work. It's just not worth the risk.

They always showed the greatest patience in putting up with me those multiple times when I was sourcing components and came in asking technical advice. The care taken over the bike build, the know-how, and the sheer attention to detail could not have been bettered.
