  Nice price and great location, go to Victoria market by tram just 20mins.The room is clean and tidy. Free parking here, it's good for travellers who want to stop in Melbourne between your trip.

  Good value, its a bit dated and tired but always clean with easy parking. They always do a good deal when I'm working in Melbourne

  Decent, cheaper motel. Comfortable bed. The bathroom could use more of a clean and a hand towel would've been nice.

  The room was, dirty, very old and very tired. The man from reception said he would bring our continental breakfast to our room while we were out having dinner. Got back from dinner, no breakfast in room. Went to reception to ask where it was and found reception closed. The man appeared annoyed that I had rung the after hours bell, but there was no apology for not delivering it as he had promised and there was no offer to carry the tray to my room. I had to park on the street as there was no room in the motel car park. Lots of luggage piled up and lying on the concrete verandah at the side of reception......looked like they could have belonged to backpackers. The one star is for its location. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.
